Barre

Barre is an aerobic full-body workout involving balletic movements and small pulsing actions designed to sculpt and tone your physique. Increase your flexibility and endurance, tone and tighten your muscles, and improve your balance while finding a deeper sense of inner strength.

A set of light weights and a yoga mat are recommended for anyone taking barre. A waiver must be signed before class. If you are under 18, a parent must sign your waiver before your first class.
